Delete your Intended account
Intended is an app by EmpowerTCL LLC. You can delete your account and the information connected to it at any time.
Delete it in the app
- Open Intended and sign in.
- Tap the menu at the top right, then Settings.
- Tap Delete account, choose a reason if you like, and confirm.
Your account is deleted straight away.
Ask us to delete it
If you can no longer sign in, email support@empowertcl.com from the email address on your account, with the subject “Delete my Intended account”. Include the mobile number you verified so we can find your account. We may ask you to confirm the request, and we complete it within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your account, sign-in details and verified mobile number
- Your profile, photos, partner preferences and compatibility answers
- Your matches, interests, connections, AI introductions and lessons
- Your real name, contact details and any guardian (Mahram / Wali) details
What may be kept
- A safety report about a serious concern, such as fraud or harassment, may be kept for as long as our safety team needs it to review the report and protect other members.
- Purchase records are kept by Apple or Google under their own policies. Deleting your Intended account does not cancel a subscription: cancel it in the App Store or Google Play first.
