These terms apply to text messages sent by Intended, a service of EmpowerTCL LLC.
Program description
Intended account verification. Intended sends one-time verification codes to confirm the mobile number a member enters in the app. If a member turns on the optional guardian feature, the guardian she names may receive a confirmation code and a link to approve or decline a match. No marketing messages are sent.
How you opt in
You opt in by entering your mobile number in the Intended app, ticking the consent checkbox and tapping Text me a code. A guardian is contacted only after the member who named him enters his number in the app. See how verification works.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies. You receive one message each time you request a code or a guardian action is taken.
Costs
Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan.
Opting out and help

STOPto stop receiving messages. You will receive one confirmation and no further messages. Without text messages you will not be able to verify a number in Intended. - Reply

Carriers
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
